If you are traveling by car to the conference, we have provided driving directions:

	From San Diego Airport
	From North of San Diego

If you require ground transportation from the airport, we recommend the following:

Accommodations

There are three housing options available for the conference listed below:

	On Campus Housing
	One or two bedroom apartments are available on campus within walking distance of conference activities. This is the most economical option.

	Radisson La Jolla
	We have arranged for discounted rates at the Radisson directly south of campus. This is also within reasonable walking distance to the conference.

	Self-arranged lodging
	Find another hotel, stay with friends or family, etc.

San Diego Area

Weather The weather in La Jolla in June is usually very pleasant with temperatures ranging from high 70’s to low 80’s. Evenings can be cooler, down to high 60’s, so a light jacket or sweater may be useful. Informal dress will be the rule at the technical sessions of the conference. The Pacific Ocean is warm enough for swimming. We suggest you bring along swim wear and a beach towel. You may wish to bring a hat to shield you from the bright sunshine. In addition, here are some of San Diego's famous sights that you may want to visit.
